Before we begin, we will need a few things. Make sure you have all of the following information before starting an application.
Legal name of entity that owns hotel
Employer ID Number (EIN) or Tax ID Number (TIN)
Current address and contact information
Your current TripAdvisor score1
1. This is only needed if you plan to use our Country Hearth Inn & Suites brand, which requires a TripAdvisor score of at least 2.0.
Here’s what to expect during the application process. Keep in mind that you can save your progress and return at any time.
Create your account.
Submit all required information and take your time reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).2 Sign the receipt and return it to us, right from your computer.
Choose the optional services that will help you most. If you’re still unsure, no worries! Once you get your customized agreement, review it, and if it’s everything you expected, sign and submit it to us.3
And that’s it!

2. Federal law requires we allow 14 days for you review the FDD, which includes our standard franchise agreement. After the 14-day waiting period has passed, we will check in with you by email or text and provide you with a customized franchise agreement based on information you provided.
3. Your initial fee will be due at the time you submit your agreement.
